He was the son on Portuguese parents, Frank and Frances Casimiro.
In his early 20's he married his wife, Arlene A. Casimiro. Their marriage ended after 51 years with her passing in the summer of 1987.
As a young man Frank learned the traits of running a business. He continued his grandfather and father's tradition running their Union 76 Gas Station on 10th and 7th Streets in Hanford, California for over 50 years. But his business skills didn't end there. Up until recently Frank was part owner of the Hungry Fisherman in Morro Bay, California. Even after selling his part, Frank was dedicated to the restaurant. He did what he loved the best of owning a business, greeting and having conversations with the customers and the friends he developed through the years.
Frank will be missed dearly by all who knew him. Especially his family, daughter, Darlyne Hastin and her husband Norman of Tulare; brother, Manuel Casimiro of Hanford; sisters, Edna LaGrutta of Roseville and Ethel Leal and her husband Manuel of Hanford; his grandchildren, Jana Ortiz her husband Angel of Highlands Ranch, Colorado, and Sandi Fields and her husband Bret of Omak, Washington; and his six great-grandchildren, Zachary Kloster of Coos Bay, Oregon, Blake and Alexa Ortiz also of Highlands Ranch, Colorado, and Savannah, Greyson and Sheldon Fields of Omak, Washington.
