20 Feb 1929: Ephraim Coppenhaver died Monday at his home in Onset, Union Township, following a period of illness covering the past few months. A complication of diseases was given as the cause of death. The deceased was aged 81 years, 11 months and 10 days. He was a member of the U. B. Church at Ebenezer. The following children survive; 3 sons, William & John of Hummelstown; and Jacob of Lebanon; 3 daughters, Mrs. Catherine Meyer, Ebenezer; Mrs. Alice Mease, and Mrs. Annie Kindt, Lickdale.
