PETER M. HEILI
Peter M. Heili, 77, of 1312-20th St., Two Rivers, died early Sunday morning
at Two Rivers Municipal Hospital.
Funeral services will be at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Klein and Stangel Inc.,
Funeral Home, Two Rivers, and at 10 a.m. at St. Luke Catholic Church, the Rev.
Earl Brouchoud officiating. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
Mr. Heili was born Jan. 4, 1891, at Victoria, Kan., a son of the late John and
Mary Rohleder Heili. He married the former Mary Hammerschmidt at Victoria
Feb. 9, 1919. The family moved to Two Rivers in 1924 where Mrs. Heili died in
1937. He married Mrs. Clara Landt Stipek at Two Rviers Nov. 9, 1940. Until his
retirement in 1958, he was an employe of the Mirro Aluminum Co. A member of
the Mirro 25-Year-Club, he also was a member of St. Luke Holy Name Society.
Besides his wife, he leaves three daughters, Mrs. Anselm (Anna) Baumgart of
Denver, Colo., Mrs. Leo C. (Sophie) Schmidt of Auroro, Colo., and Mrs. Kenneth
(Cecilia) Newberg of Manitowoc; three sons, Herbert and William both of Two
Rivers, and Bernard of Manitowoc; a step-daughter, Mrs. James (Doris) Grumann
of Two Rivers; four sisters, Mrs. Kate Brumgardt and Mrs. Mary Eberle, both of
Denver, Mrs. Agatha Mermuys of California, and Mrs. Gertrude Schuckman, of La
Crosse, Kan.; 26 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home where memorial services will be at 7:45
o'clock this Monday evening.
