BERNARDI Mary (Bette) Nash Bernardi, age 85, of Fairfield, wife of the late, Bert J. Bernardi, died Wednesday, January 24, 2007 at her home. Mrs Bernardi was born in East Orange, N.J. and was an area resident most of her life.

She was a retired secretary for the State of Connecticut and an active member of the Connecticut State Employee's Association. She is survived by one son, ----- Bernardi and his wife, -------, of Newtown; one daughter, ---- Hillman and her husband, -----------; one sister, -------- Starkey of Shelton; and three grandchildren, -----, ----- and ---- Bernardi.

Friends are invited to attend the funeral on Saturday, January 27, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. (DIRECTLY) in the Assumption Church, Fairfield for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be in Resurrection Cemetery, Newtown. Friends may call Friday (TODAY) from 5 to 8 p.m. in the Larson Funeral Home, 2496 North Avenue, Bridgeport.
