As an adult he fell in love with New Orleans where he lived and was a waiter for many years. His favorite job was at Market Café in the French Quarter. He most loved to meet people from all over the world, as well as the Quarters Jazz Musicians. He later moved to Rapid City South Dakota where he enjoyed seeing and learning the history of "The Old West" and finally he returned to Terre Haute, Indiana, where worked part time at Sodexo until his health deteriorated earlier this year. His partner, Doug Rogers preceded in him death as did his father, his paternal grandparents- Fred Robert and Hazel (Arnett) Price. Maternal Grandmother Louise A. Stewart, and special maternal grandparents, William and Minnie (Patrick) McCoskey and brother-in-law Bruce Hylman.
