Mary Alice Shields, age 55 years, wife of W.W. Shields Postmaster of Derby, Kan., died Sunday at 1516 South Wichita Street.
The deceased has been in ill health for several years. She is survived by her husband, one son Emmert Shield of Derby, and three daughters, Mrs. Clyde Cherry of Derby, Mrs. Carl Crawford of Denver, and Miss Hazel Shields, who lives at home.
Funeral services will be held at Derby Presbyterian church at Derby and interment will be in the Derby cemetery.
