Benjamin Charles Rose, born April 25, 1990, left this earth on October 12, 2013. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, October 18, at the First Ward LDS Chapel in Nampa. A viewing will be held at the church on Thursday, October 17 from 6 to 8 p.m. and again at the church from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Friday, prior to the services. Arrangements are being provided by Zeyer Funeral Chapel, Nampa.
Ben is survived by his parents, 2 sisters, 3 brothers, and both grandmothers [names deleted]. Ben attended BYU Idaho and CWI. He served a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Oklahoma. He worked as a CNA at the Elks Rehab Hospital in Boise. Ben loved backpacking and the outdoors, biking, music, leather work and creating anything with his hands. He was a compassionate caregiver and will be missed by many.
