Michael Kabat, 87, of Shady Lane Home for the Aged, died Sunday morning
at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday at Urbanek and Schlei
Funeral Home, Manitowoc, and at 9:30 a.m. at St. Luke Catholic Church,
Two Rivers. The Rev. Robert Rhyner will officiate and burial will be
in Calvary Cemetery, Two Rivers.
Mr. Kabat was born April 21, 1884, in the Town of Two Creeks, son of the
late Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Kabat. He married Eva Violet Allen in 1905. She
preceded him in death June 30, 1940(sic). He was employed at Mirro Aluminum
Co. and Eggers Veneer and Seating Co., Two Rivers.
Survivors include a son, Edward, of Manitowoc, 11 grandchildren, 11 great
grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Two daughters and a son preceded him
in death.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 5 to 9 o'clock this Monday
evening where a memorial service will be held at 8 o'clock.

Marriage of Mike/Violet Kabat
Mr. Mike Cabot(sic) and Violet Allen, both of Rangeline, were united in marriage at the residence of Dr. and Mrs. Swank, Indiana Ave., Chicago on Tuesday, December 5. Mr. and Mrs. Cabot will return to Range Line on Saturday evening December 10.
