Thos. Kabat, aged 81, passed away at his home on the Eastside Saturday.
Deceased was an old resident in this vicinity coming to this country
from Germany. Until a few years ago, he resided on a farm in the Town of
Two Rivers. The funeral took place Tuesday morning from Sacred Heart
church. Mr. Kabat is survived by the following sons and daughters, Mike
Kabat of the Town of Two Rivers, Joseph, who is engineer on the lake
freighter, Negaunee and the Misses Anna, Nellie and Josephine of
Chicago. Decedent is also survived by his aged wife.
