Joseph Kabot(sic), 62, Dies In Evansville Hospital
TWO RIVERS, (Special)-Funeral services for Joseph Kabot, 62, former Great Lakes
sailor and native of th (sic) town of Two Rivers, who died in the Marine Hospital
in Evansville, Ind., Tuesday, where he had been a patient for 17 years, will be
held Friday morning at 7:30 from the Jansky funeral home and at 8 o'clock at St.
Luke's Catholic Church, with the Very Rev. Dean C.V. Hugo officiating. Interment
will be in Calvary Cemetery.
Mr. Kabot(sic), who never married, was born in the town of Two Rivers 62 years ago. He
left the farm when a young man and sailed on the lakes for many years. Surviving
are three sisters, Mrs. Ann Blamonte, Mrs. Joseph Ellison, and Mrs. Amelia Scott,
all of Chicago, and a brother, Michael Kabot(sic) of Tisch Mills.
