DALLAS CENTER -- A funeral for Alyce J. Howe, 76, of West Des Moines was held Dec. 14, 1993 at the United Methodist Church at Dallas Center, with burial following at the Brethren Cemetery at Dallas Center. Mrs. Howe died of a heart ailment on Dec. 11 at Woodbury West Care Center, where she had resided for three years.
She was born at Huron, SD and lived most of her adult life in Dallas Center. She was a homemaker and a member of Dallas Center United Methodist Church and Women's International Bowling Congress.
Survivors include a daughter, Darlene McMulin of Grimes; five sons, Buddy Howe and Randy Howe, both of Dallas Center; Robert Howe of Urbandale; James Howe of Des Moines; and Dennis Howe of Tempe, Ariz.; 18 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to her church.
