Micajah was in the Revolutionary war. Micajah and Lydia Pittman bought this property east of Eubanks off of Goochtown road because it looked like his farm in North Carolina. They died there and they put this cemetery about 100 yards from their cabin. They had several sons and daughters.∼Micajah Pittman was the son of Benjamin Pittman and Ann. Micajah married Lydia Morgan on 18 Sep 1771 in Rowan, North Carolina. Two had two Son's George and Jesse. Micajah was Veteran of the Revolutionary War.
