Born was born to Wilford and Helen Garvin. he graduated from Lewis and Clark High School in 1949.He entered the US Navy and served during the Korean Conflict. Tom married JoAnn Coliton on April 24, 1954 . He worked in the grocery industry for over 35 years in Spokane , Soap Lake, Oroville, and retired in Omak. Survived by his wife; three daughter; Cheryl Garvin of Electric City; Connie (Chuck) Fauble of Santa Clarita, CA; Cindi (Gary) Boyd of Sumner; one sister Mary Salter of Boise.
