After a lingering illness of one year, Mrs. Theresa Koch, 61, passed
away at her home on Roosevelt avenue this morning having been confined
to her bed since September 5.
Born in the county July 3, 1869, Mrs. Koch has made her home in Two
Rivers for the past number of years. She was preceded in death by her
husband six years ago.
The deceased is survived by four children, three brothers and two
sisters. The children are Irene and Leona Koch, both of this city,
William Schneider of Marshfield, Major E. J. Schmitt of Manitowoc,
sisters, Mrs. John Rhode, this city, Mrs. John Stanzel, of Manitowoc,
and brothers Anton E. Kerscher, F. J. Kerscher, and E. J. Kerscher,
all of Manitowoc.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday morning at 9 o’clock from
the St. Mark’s Catholic Church with burial here.
