She was a member of St. Johns Evangelical and Reformed Church in Clear Spring, and taught the Ladies Adult Class for more than 40 years. She taught in the Washington County public schools more than 50 years.
Surviving are daughter, Helen K. Smith, at home; son, H. Page Smith, Big Spring; sisters, Mrs. John M. Shank, Big Spring; and Mrs. J. Roy Ingram, Hancock; two granddaughters and triplet grandsons.
Funeral services were conducted at the Clark Funeral Home; interment was in Rose Hill Cemetery, Clear Spring.
