Frank Kochorosky, Sr., 72, of 2218 Forest avenue, Two Rivers, ill two years,
died this morning at the Two Rivers municipal hospital.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Monday at the Sacred Heart church,
Two Rivers. Burial will be in Calvary cemetery.
He was born in Utica, N.Y., in 1873 and came to this city with his parents
when a boy. Later the family move to a farm on the Sandy Bay road near Two
Rivers.
Mr. Kochorosky attended the St. Luke's school in Two Rivers, and then secured
employment at the Mann pail factory. On July 3, 1895, he married Mary Gonia of
this city. Last July the couple celebrated their golden wedding anniversary.
From 1908 to 1913 Mr. Kochorosky operated a grocery store in Two Rivers, and
in 1914 went to work in the rolling mill of the Aluminum Goods Manufacturing
company, plant 4. He retired several years ago and has more recently been in
charge of maintenance at the Sacred Heart church.
He was a member of the Holy Name society.
Surviving, in addition to his wife are three sons and a daughter, Frank, Jr.,
of Two Rivers, Stanley of Chicago, Edward of Two Rivers and Beatrice Kochorosky
at home. There are five grandchildren.
Also surviving is a brother, Anton, on the home farm on the Sandy Bay road, and
four sisters, Mrs. Josephine Zawacki of Manitowoc; Mrs. Mary Donchek, Mrs. Agnes
Monka and Mrs. Anna Rocheleau all of Two Rivers.
The body is at the Klein and Stangel, Inc., funeral home, Two Rivers, and may be
viewed there from 7 o'clock Saturday evening until the time of services. The
rosary will be recited at the funeral home at 7:45 Sunday evening.
