COLUMBIANA - E. F. (Late) Eells, 123 Court St., died Wednesday
at 4:15 p.m. in Salem City Hospital following a four-week
illness. He was 68.
A son of Mr. and Mrs. Horace E. Eells, he was born June 13,
1885, in Rogers. He was married in 1916 to Edna McCarter. He was
employed by the Ohio Edison Co. in Salem for 24 years and for
the past three years was a custodian of a village school. He was
a member of the Methodist Church.
He leaves his widow; a sister, Mrs. Lola Porter of Hanoverton;
his step-mother, Mrs. May Eells, and a step-sister, Mrs. Nora
Rose in Florida, and several nephews and nieces.
Rites will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Warrick Funeral
Home by the Rev. William S. Longsworth. Burial will be in
Columbiana Cemetery.
Friends may call Friday night at the funeral home.
