Joseph Kotchi, 80, former resident of Two Rivers who made his home at St. Mary
Home, Manitowoc, died early Tuesday at Holy Family Hospital, Manitowoc, where
he had been a patient since early August.
Funeral services will be held at 8:30 a.m. Friday at the Klein & Stangel Inc.,
Funeral Home, Two Rivers, and at 9 a.m. at St. Luke Catholic Church. Burial
will be in Calvary Cemetery, Two Rivers.
Mr. Kotchi was born at Two Rivers Oct. 29, 1875, son of the late Joseph and Mary
Graef Kotchi. On Oct. 20, 1902, he married the former Frances Buyeske(sic) in
Two Rivers, who died in 1923. He was an employe of Plant No. 1 of the Aluminum
Goods Mfg. Co., Two Rivers, for many years, retiring nearly 15 years ago.
Surviving Mr. Kotchi are three daughters, Mrs. Edward Corn?? of Two Rivers, Mrs.
B??nard ??????? of Mishicot and Miss Francis Ann of Evanston, Ill.; six sons,
Edward of Kingston, Pa., Stanley of Manitowoc, and Cornelius, Joseph Jr., Albert
and Jerome of Two Rivers; three sisters, Mrs. Joseph Peaschek, Mrs. Ralph I.
Scheuer, and Mrs. Emil Winters of Glendale, Cal.; 12 grandchildren and one great
grandchild.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 2 p.m. Thursday where the Rosary will
be recited at 7:45 p.m. Thursday.
