Peter Kowalski, 95, formerly of 2110 E. River St., Two Rivers, died Thursday
morning, Aug. 12, at Family Heritage Home, Manitowoc.
Family services will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Deja and Martin Funeral Chapels,
Two Rivers. The Rev. James Stamborski will officiate and burial will be in
Calvary Cemetery, Two Rivers.
Mr. Kowalski was born Nov. 25, 1886, at West Kewaunee, son of the late Albert
and Mary Bonk Kowalski. He married Miss Valinski in 1907 at Two Rivers. She
preceded him in death many years ago. Mr. Kowalski worked as a farm hand for
many years at Grand Rapids, Mich., and later was a janitor at Sacred Heart
Church, Two Rivers, until his retirement. He was a member of Senior Citizens.
Survivors include two sons, Ervin and Alex of Grand Rapids, Mich.; a daughter,
Mrs. Alvina Wascuik of Grand Rapids, Mich.; two brothers, John Kowalski and
Edward Kowalski of Two Rivers; a sister, Mrs. Mary Lodel of Two Rivers, and
several grandchildren.
Friends may call at Deja and Martin Funeral Chapels from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Saturday.
