George W. Kreisa, 79, formerly of Two Rivers, died early Thursday morning at Holy Family Extended Care Facility, Manitowoc.
Private funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Deja and Martin Funeral Chapels, Two Rivers. The Rev. Robert Rhyner will officiate with burial in Calvary Cemetery, Two Rivers.
Mr. Kreisa was born Sept. 21, 1896, at Sturgeon Bay, son of the late Wenzel and Anna Krause Kreisa. He came with his family as a child to Two Rivers, where he attended school and later was employed for many years at Schmitt Lumber Co.
Survivors include three brothers, Frank and Edward, of Two Rivers and James, of Manitowoc; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Rothe, of Passagrille, Fla., and Mrs. Rose Benesh, of Two Rivers and several nieces and nephews. A brother and a sister preceded him in death.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home.
