MRS. ADELPHA A. FOOSE
GENESEO - Mrs. Adelpha Ashby Foose, 73, of 84 North St. died Tuesday (May 9, 1972 in Wyoming County Community Hospital in Warsaw after a short illness. She was the widow of William H. Foose.
She formerly worked as a practical nurse at Livingston County Infirmary and for more than 35 years was a private duty nurse in the Geneseo area.
She was a member of Central Presbyterian Church and its Deborah Circle, and of the Kings Daughters. She was a member and former officer of the Women's relief Corps and the Geneseo American Legion Post Auxiliary.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Glenn (Marian) Johnston of Rochester; a son, Robert of Geneseo; a stepson, William Foose Jr. of Spencerport; eight grandchildren, and two great grandchildren.
