A resident of Denham Springs passed away on Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center at the age of 90. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during WWII and went on to spend his career in law enforcement. Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, on Thursday, July 9, 2015 beginning at 12:00pm. Funeral services will be held at 3:00pm. Burial will follow in Salem Baptist Church Cemetery. He is survived by his son, David West Gordon, and great-grandson, Kullen Thomas Lee Gordon. He was preceded in death by his parents, David West Gordon and Jewell Delia Garrett Gordon, wife Peggy Gordon, and son, Dale West Gordon. He was a member of the F. & A.M. Masonic Lodge of Denham Springs, #297.
