Mildred was born to James and Mary Milby in Utica, MI on December 14, 1925. She was a graduate of Utica High School Class of 1943 and on June 15, 1946 was married to Nelson Carleton who she met through some friends. As a result of that union they had three children – Clifford (the late Paula), the late Sharon Hickmott (son in law Dennis Hickmott), and the late Dennis Carleton. Visitation will be held on Sunday June 28, 2015 from 2-8pm at Pixley Funeral Home, 322 W. University Dr. Rochester MI 48307. Funeral Service will be held on Monday June 29, 2015 at 11am at the funeral home. Burial at St John's Cemetery in Shelby Twp. MI.
