Mrs. Ellen Stevick
Mrs. Ellen Stevick, 87, died Saturday in a local convalescent home after a general decline. She made her home with her daughter, Mrs. O.J. Pfeifer, 132 McGee avenue. Mrs. Stevick had been a resident of Council Bluffs for 80 years and was a member of the Past Noble Grand of Rebekah Lodge No. 3 for 65 years. She was a member of the Methodist church.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. C.C. Lacey and Mrs. O. J. Pfeifer both of Council Bluffs; five grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held in the Cutler chapel at 3:30 p.m. Monday. Burial will be at Walnut Hill cemetery.
