She was born to the late Fred Martell and Annie Lamere. She married the love of her life, Joseph Webster.
Louise was born in Havre, MT, but was a longtime resident of Great Falls. As a child, Louise attended Franklin School, where she learned to embroider, for which she was so well known. As an adult, she worked for many years as clerk at St. Vincent's de Paul.
Louise is survived by her six surviving children, many grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, a few great-great grandchildren and her husband.
