Charles Robert Hart, son of Charley and Hettie (Ader) Hart, was born near Cainsville on October 20,1913, and departed this life this life May 30, 2002. at the age of eighty-eight years, seven months and ten days.

Robert grew up in the family farm two miles southeast of Cainsville and attended the Cain Country School.

On February 4, 1936, he was united in marriage to Eva Mlika at the home of Reverend C.E.Nichols in Princeton, Missouri. They had been married for sixty-four years when Eva passed away in April 2000. To this union two children were born, Ronald Lee Hart and Sharon Ann Hart.

Robert and Eva lived in the Cainsville community and farmed until moving to Mt Moriah in the fall of 1944. Then Robert drove a truck for ten years and worked for Sutton Construction Company of Bethany, he was later employed by Grand River Mutual Telephone Corporation for 17 years before retiring.

While in Mt. Moriah he served on the school, town, and co-op boards and was active in Little League Baseball. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge #98 in Bethany, Missouri.

He leaves to mourn his passing: one son-in-law, Jerry Nutt, Perry, Iowa; eight grandchildren: Randy Hart and wife Linda of Chillicothe, Mo.; Bob Flinn and wife Julie of Denver, Colo.; Roger Hart and wife Monique of Tempe, Ariz.; Rick Hart and wife Stay [Stacey] of Augusta, Georgia; Russell Hart of Bethany, Mo.; Gary Flinn of Desota, Iowa; and Anthony Flinn and wife LeeAnn of Madrid, Iowa; one step granddaughter, Jennifer Kitchen of Chillcothe, Mo.; one step grandson, Roger Nutt of Connecticut; two sisters, Nina Stallsworth Of Cainsville, Mo., and Charlene Summers of Mesa, Ariz.; two sisters-in-law, Louise Hart of Cainsville and Phyllis Kinnison and husband Raymond of Independence, Mo.; one brother-in-law, Robert Mlika of Mt. Moriah, fifteen great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends.

His wife, daughter, son, daughter-in-law, father, mother, two sisters, and two brothers preceded him in death.

Casket bearers were Roger Hart, Robert Flinn, Russell Hart, Richard Hard, Michael Hart, Randall Hart, Roger Nutt, Gary Flinn, Jennifer Kitchen and Anthony Flinn.

NOTE: The Charley Hart family had a ball diamond on their farm. Charley coached a team which included son, Robert. They played during picnics and tournaments. Sadly Bob took his life.
