Ida M. Hale, was born April 24, 1905 in Murray County Minnesota, the daughter of John H. and Harriet E. (Russell) Phillips and departed this life on Sunday, January 6, 2008 at her home.

Ida was married to Lee Hale. He preceded her in death on March 2, 1962.

Ida had been a bookkeeper at the Citizens Bank and for Claude Larks. She had also worked at the Eagleville Post Office.

She also was preceded in death by her parents; 2 grandchildren, Terri Jo Tuthill and Alan Booton; 2 sisters, Eva and Althea.

Survivors include 2 Daughters, Clella R. Booton, Greenfield, Iowa and L. Joy Taylor, Holton, Kansas; 7 Grandchildren, Allin Taylor, Sherri Ladner and husband Rob, Steven Taylor and wife, Marsha, Sue Moore, and husband Ray, Greg Booton and wife, Robyn, Polly Holmes and husband Nathan, Warren Booton, and wife, Jessica, 19 great grandchildren, 8 great great grandchildren.
