Janie married the love of her life, Bill Wellington on June 6, 1948 in Fort Scott, Kansas. They moved first to Shawnee, Kansas, then later made a permanent home in Independence, Missouri.
She was a member of the Blue Ridge Blvd United Methodist Church. Janie retired from Colgate-Palmolive Company after many years. (Her published obit states Proctor and Gamble, but that is incorrect.)
They had a cabin at Lake of the Ozarks for a lot of years. After they sold that property they bought an RV and would winter every year in Donna, Texas.
Janie and Bill traveled our beautiful county quite a bit before having to give up their home and move into Kingswood Retirement Living.
She was an honorary Aunt to my spouse. Janie, you will be missed.

Dorthy (Coambes) Tull.
