PADEN CITY — Nellie V. Yost, age 92, of Paden City, WV, died Wednesday, January 4, 2006, at the Sistersville Center, Sistersville, WV.
Nellie was born November 8, 1913 in Paden City, WV, the daughter of the late Charles and Ida Utterbach Cline and she was a member of the Paden City Church of Christ.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold F. Yost, in 2001 and four brothers.
Surviving are two sons, Jerry Yost and his wife, Christine of Paden City, and Harold Stan Yost and his wife, Calantha Anne of Bridgeport, WV; two sisters, Rose Mary Wells and Kathlene Alexander, both of Paden City; four grandsons, Gregory, Brent, Brian and Michael Yost; granddaughter, Kaye Palmer; and seven great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday, January 6, 2006, at the Jarvis Funeral Home, Paden City, where funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday with Evangelist Morris Hafley officiating. Interment in North View Cemetery, New Martinsville, WV.
