Worth Latta Dies at Dodd City Home
Worth Latta died at his home at Dodd City at about 9:00 o'clock this morning.
He was born a few miles east of Bonham nearly sixty-two years ago, and had spent most of his life in this county.
He is survived by his wife, one daughter, Mrs. William Dyer of Maywood, Calif.; one sister, Mrs. George Meacham of Salina; four brothers, Hez of El Paso, Jack of Dallas, Pat of Garland and Monte of Dodd City.
Mr. Latta worked as a clerk in Gray & Love's Grocery store in Dodd City for several years. He had a great number of friends.
Funeral services will be held at his home in Dodd City Thursday afternoon being conducted by Rev. C. P. Sansom, assisted by Rev. R. L. Ely and Rev. Winston Wilbanks. Burial will be in the Dodd City Cemetery.
