Chester Barnett age 81, of Erwin TN formerly of Green Mountain, NC passed away July 11, 2015. He was a native of Mitchell County, NC and a son of the late Joseph and Sara Arrowood Barnett.
Survivors include: two special nephews; Riley Barnett of Bristol, TN, and Cleve Barnett of Jonesboro, TN.
He was preceded in death by: four brothers; Orkie, Roy, Oscar, and Park Barnett, and six sisters; Ethel Peterson, Dollie Peterson, Pearl Kennedy, Julia Barnett, Odeen Barnett, and Dorothy Barnett.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at 1:00PM at Grove Byrd Cemetery, with Cleve Barnett officiating.
