Shirley M. Polzar, 85, Two Rivers passed away on Wednesday, May 16, 2012 at Manitowoc Health Care Center. Shirley was born Oct. 3, 1926 the daughter of now late Blasius and Vera [Grobe] Freidenberger. She married the late Charles Polzar. Shirley was a very loving and caring person, and would help anybody in need. She gave many years volunteering with the church and as a Girl Scout leader for many years. Shirley was very creative and loved making a new craft project. She touched many people with her handy works of art. It gave her over-whelming joy.

Shirley is survived by her two sons Bruce and Kathy Polzar, Green Bay, Brian and Bonnie, Two Rivers: 4 grandchildren Devon, Brad, Austin, Sharnika, 1 sister and BIL Janet and Norman Anderson.

Gathering of family and Friends will be held from 10:00 am to 11 am on Tuesday, May, 22,2012 at St. Peter the Fisherman Church 3218 Tannery Rd., Two Rivers. A service of Remembrance will be held at 11am with Rev. Tom Reynebea officiating.

The family would like to offer special thank you to the staff of the Sunshine unit at the Manitowoc Health Center for all the care and compassion shown to Shirley and family.
