Graveside services for Mrs. Myrtie Taylor, age 77, were held at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 20, 1994 in the Dodd City Cemetery under the direction of Wise Funeral Home in Bonham with the Rev. Sam Campbell officiating.
Mrs. Taylor died Sunday morning, Dec. 18, 1994 at Northeast Medical Center in Bonham.
Mrs. Taylor was born on May 30, 1917 in Dodd City, the daughter of James Kelly Bridges and Nettie Florence Kinkade Bridges.
She married David Alvis Taylor on Nov. 21, 1945 in Bonham and he preceded her in death on Nov. 8, 1988.
She was also preceded in death by her brother.
Mrs. Taylor was a member of the Dodd City Methodist Church and was a retired sales clerk at Sears.
She is survived by a sister, Kelley Allred of Midwest City, Oklahoma; niece, Ann Bauman of Silver Spring, Maryland; two nephews, Jeff Allred of Tulsa, Oklahoma and Mickey Bridges of Cassville, Mississippi.
