William Leslie 'Buddy' Bice
When William Leslie 'Buddy' Bice was born on November 27, 1921, in Stephenville, Texas, his father, William, was 37 and his mother, Lois, was 20. He was married three times and had two sons between 1944 and 1949. He died on September 7, 1991, in Slaughter, Louisiana, at the age of 69.
Buddy was award the "Purple Heart" during his time of service in the U.S. Air Force. He was a Pilot during the War and was shot down in German territory and was held prisoner of war in a German prison camp.
