Donald G. Corr of Spring Street in North Dighton, a retired salesman for the Home Specialty Store, died Tuesday Jun 22, 1993 at St. Anne's Hospital, Fall River. He was 71. Born in Taunton, he was son of the late John and Annie (Peck) Corr. Mr. Corr was educated at Msgr. James Coyle High School and was later employed as a salesman for the Home Specialty Store for 20 years. Previously, he was employed by Raytheon Company. Mr. Corr attended St. Joseph's Church in North Dighton.
Besides his wife, Mr. Corr is survived by a son, Kevin Corr of Raynham; two daughters, Donna Ann Rogers of North Dighton and Nadine Simons of Rehoboth; a brother, Carl Dexter of Taunton; two sisters, Christine Richmond of Raynham and Elvamae Cettell of Pennsylvania; and six grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Friday at 10 a.m. at St. Joseph's Church. Interment will be at Mayflower Hill Cemetery. Donations in his memory may be made to the Oncology Department at St. Anne's Hospital in Fall River.
