"Former Wellsboro Resident Dies....Word has been received in Wellsboro of the death last Friday, at the Suburban Hospital in Bethesda, Md, of Mrs Albert Wetmore of Glenside, the former Agnes Crichton of Wellsboro. With her husband, Mrs Wetmore was visiting friends in Bethesda when she was stricken with coronary thrombosis. Born in Wellsboro, she was the daughter of Robert and Agnes Crichton. She graduated from the Wellsboro High School in 1904, and after her marriage resided in Wellsboro until her husband's promotions in the US postal service caused his transfer to other cities. Mr Wetmore retired as senior post office inspector of the US Post Office Department. Besides her husband, Mrs Wetmore is survived by three sons and two daughters; one sister, Mrs Festus Foster of Springfield, Mass, and several grandchildren. She was a sister of the late Judge Thomas A Crichton of Wellsboro. Funeral services and burial were at Glenside on Monday."
