Sugar was my baby, even though she was given to my son by his girlfriend. She was a minature Spitz. My son didnt have time to house train her so I did it, he was always busy, so thats how I became her mommie. She was the sweetest dog ever, she stayed by my side every minute. And I adored her. She had about 8 small toys that she was crazy about, and my husband would hide them and then i would tell her to go find her babies, hurry hurry.. and she would search and sniff until she found them all. she was so funny. Every night when it was time for bed I would let her out and wait 5 mins. and go get her, she never went past the front lawn, but this one night she saw something and chased it. I went to look for her and couldnt find her, as I was yelling for her, my neighbor come over and told me to go get my husband, and she started hugging me thats when I knew something was wrong. Someone had hit her and drove off. She died instantly. It was that day that my heart broke. We buried her in our backyard with Maxie, our other baby. And I have never been the same.
