Will Abstract
Book 5, page 346-349
1. Pay all my debts and funeral expenses.
2. To my beloved son FOREST KAUFMAN a life estate in the home where I reside in Dana, Vermillion County, IN. At his death I give the land to my grandchildren - SAMUEL H. KAUFMAN and ANNIE LOUISE KAUFMAN - in equal shares.
3. To my granddaughters - ESTHER KAUFMAN and EUGENIA KAUFMAN - 80 acres of real estate in Vermillion County, IN.
4. To MARY FILLINGER Lot #3 Block 3 in Aikman's addition in Dana.
5. All the residue of my property, including my stock in the First National Bank of Dana, IN, I give to my son FOREST KAUFMAN.
6. I appoint my friend GEORGE D. SUNKEL Executor.

Codicil
1. I revoke Item #5 of my Will.
2. To my granddaughter ESTHER KAUFMAN and EUGENIA KAUFMAN $500. I request that the $500 be invested in bonds in First National Bank of Dana, IN until they reach the age of 21. The bonds are to be divided among my 2 granddaughters.
3. To ANNIE LOUISE KAUFMAN and MARY FILLINGER $500 to be divided equally.
4. All the remaining stock in the First National Bank I give to my son FOREST KAUFMAN.
5. I reaffirm the remaining items in my Will.
