Mrs. Ora E. Ouimet, 88-year-old resident of Galt, died early yesterday morning in a Sacramento hospital.
A native of Romney, Indiana, Mrs. Ouimet and her late husband Tancred Ouimet, owner and operated a service station and auto court just south of Galt for many years. They came here from Rifle, Colo., where they had been pioneer residents.
Mrs. Ouimet is survived by three generations. She was the mother of Mrs. Norma B. Carroll of Galt; grandmother of Mrs. Nora B. Whitten, Mrs. Patricia Vossler, and William L. Carroll.
The deceased is survived by two brothers, R.S. Hutton of Roseburg, Ore., and William T. Hutton of Orlando, Fla.
