Mass will follow at 10 a.m., at St. Edna Catholic Church, 2525 N. Arlington Heights Road, Arlington Heights. Born March 29, 1933, in Chicago, he died Saturday, March 2, 2002, at Claremont Rehab and Living Center, Buffalo Grove. Burial will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Buffalo Grove. He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Patricia A. (nee Culleeney), whom he married on Feb. 4, 1956; children, Mark (Annette) Bouska, Mary Bouska and Maureen (Michael) Deer, grandchildren, Michaela and Kurt; brother, David (Mary) Bouska, and many loving nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, Frank.
