Age 48, son of Leona Graczyk Bilotti and the late Albert A. Bilotti. He was a crew leader for the Erie Water Authority until he left due to a work related injury. He also had a tennis court resurfacing business. Salvatore was a Steelers fan, and enjoyed his grandchildren's sport activities, as well as cooking, canning and wine-making.
His father, Albert, passed away in 2004.
Survivors include his mother, Leona, of Erie; a daughter, Julie Bilotti; and a son, Frank Bilotti, both of Erie; two sisters, Gina Bilotti Foll (Edward), and Tammy Bilotti Roessler (Jon), all of Erie; a brother, Al Bilotti (Stephanie), of Tampa, Fla.; two grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
