Mr. Boyer enjoyed hunting, fishing, military history, reading and exploring his family history. He was a former member of the University Club and the Grosse Pointe Club.
Mr. Boyer is survived by his son, Harold Raymond Boyer III; daughter, Catherine Candler Bresser (Bill); grandchildren, Catherine Frances Bresser and William Henry Bresser and sister, Mary Boyer Taylor (Bud).
