In 1972 Direnda graduated from Dibble High School and married the father of her three children Sherman Clark. Direnda raised her children in the Chickasha and Alex area. She later married Gerald Lancaster on January 6th, 2000. The couple made their home in Midwest City. Direnda and Gerald enjoyed traveling and riding their Harley. The couple currently were attending Destiny Christian Center in Del City. Direnda also loved spending time with her four grandchildren.
Direnda was preceded in death by her father Ray Browning.
She is survived by her mother Vera Browning, daughter Shawna Covington and her children Rhette and Kalyn, daughter Amanda McClure and her children Aleigha and Abbi, son Sherman Lowell Clark III, brother Mike Browning and his wife Sharon, sister Glenda Ashford and her husband Dale, sister Teresa Anderson and her husband Bob.
