He was a member of Darlington United Methodist Church, South Charleston, and the AFL-CIO. He was a 45-year resident of South Charleston and a native of Cairo, Ritchie County. Surviving: wife, Louise Ballard Daubenspeck; daughters, Debbie White of Cross Lanes, Dawn Callaghan of Charleston; sister, Zula Ann Daubenspeck of South Charleston; grandson, Zachary.
