Olivia was the daughter of George Cripps and Sarah Soper. She married Amon Cann November 20, 1889 in Deckerville, Sanilac, Michigan. After Amon passed in 1917 she remarried to Emerson Youmans. Her headstone is engraved in such a way that you think her maiden name was Youmans rather than Cripps.
Olivia's brother Sylvester Cripps is also buried in Butman Township Cemetery.
