John Michael "Johnny" Burry, 20, of Lafayette Drive, died July 11, 2006, at his home after an extended illness.
Mr. Burry was born May 19, 1986, to James Roy Burry and Kathy Hill Burry. He attended Coastal Carolina University and had enlisted into the US Coast Guard. He was also a member of First Baptist Church of Fountain Inn.
Surviving, in addition to his parents of the home, are two sisters, Elizabeth Beckham and her husband Scot, and Ashley Burry, all of Fountain Inn; and several uncles, aunts and cousins.
The family asks that donations be made to the First Baptist Church of Fountain Inn, 206 N. Weston Street, Fountain Inn, SC 29644. These donations will be used for the 2007 Summer Mission Trip.
