She was a daughter of Joseph P and Mary Margaret (O'Handlon) Koepfinger. She was a retired teacher with 32 years of service in the Moon Area School District.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard D Donnelly, in 1999 and a brother, Lawrence Koepfinger.
She is survived by 4 stepsons, a stepdaughter, a brother, a niece and 5 step-grandchildren.
