The Tuscaloosa News, August 8, 2003, stated, Jack Murphy Ware, age 58, died Tuesday, August 5, 2003, in Duncanville, Alabama. A Memorial Service will be held today at 2 p.m. at Haysop Baptist Church. Rev. Roscoe Kornegay officiating. Rockco's Funeral Home of Centreville directing.
Survivors include wife, Helen Ware of Centreville, Alabama; sons, Darrell Wayne Boothe of Tuscaloosa, Alabama; Don Eugene Boothe of Tuscaloosa, Alabama; Anthony Ray Brown of Moundville, Alabama; Jack Murphy Ware Jr. of Tuscaloosa, Alabama; William Wesley Ware of Tuscaloosa, Alabama; mother, Delphi Ware of Centreville, Alabama; brother, Terry Ware of Centreville, Alabama; sisters, Margaret West of West Blocton, Alabama; Mary Alice Mitchell of Pondville, Alabama; Florence Shuttlesworth of Brent, Alabama; Gail Bracknell of Centreville, Alabama; Sherry Jane Townsend of Centreville, Alabama; and eight grandchildren.
