Beverly Ann Plut Anderson was the daughter of Raymond George and Phyllis May Hamann Plut. Beverly married James Anderson September 3, 1988 in LeCenter, Minnesota. She had one son Chase and one adopted daughter Amanda Anderson. Beverly died of breast cancer after many years of treatments. She is buried in St. John's cemetery, Owatonna, Minnesota.

Owatonna- Beverly Ann Anderson,42 of Owatonna, died Tuesday, June 12,2007 at her home.
She was born Dec. 16,1964 in LeCenter, the daughter of Raymond and Phyllis (Hamann) Plut. Bev graduated from LeCenter High School where she was active in FHA (Future Homakers of America) and band. She then attended Rasmussen Business College in Mankato where she received a junior accounting degree. After receiving her degree Bev went to work for Seek Accounting in St.Paul.
Bev married James Anderson Sept. 3,1988 in LeCenter. The couple made their home in Owatonna where Bev worked for OTC before starting a day-care in her home. She later worked for the school system as an Early Childhood Education aid, Owatonna Lamp Company, and the Salvation Army.The couple decided to become foster parents in 1991 and they were named foster parents of the year in 1994. During their time as foster parents they cared for over 100 children.
She was a member of Cornerstone Evangelical Free Church. Bev was eager to help in the kitchen and with Vacation Bible School at church. She was always very involved with her children and their activities. She enjoyed reading and was a wonderful cook.
Bev is survived by her husband,James Anderson of Owatonna; son Chase Anderson of Owatonna; daughter, Amanda Anderson of Owatonna; step-daughter, Jessica (and Caleb) Beardsley of Dodge Center; grandchildren, Logan Anderson, Lucas and Ava Beardsley; brothers, John (and Danielle) Plut of Eagen,Peter (and Stephanie) Plut of LeCenter, sister Peggy (and Tim) Becker of Stewartville; maternal grandfather, Everett Hamann of Northfield.
She was preceded in death by her parents, maternal grandmother, and her paternal grandparents.
Visitation will be at Michaelson Funeral Home on Friday from 4-8p.m. and at the Cornerstone Evangelical Free Church on Saturday from 9-10 a.m.. Funeral services will be held Saturday, June 16 at 10 a.m. at the Cornerstone Evangelical Free Church. Burial will be in the St.John Cemetery in Owatonna.
