Funeral services for June Brewer, 82, of Muskogee, OK, will be held at 10:00 A.M. Friday, July 31, 2015 at Lescher-Millsap Funeral Home Chapel in Muskogee with Donnie Branscum officiating. Burial will be in Brushy Mountain Cemetery.
June was born June 20, 1933 at home, S.E. of Muskogee, OK, the daughter of Julius Henry and Willie (Roper) Flinn and died Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at Warner.
On December 31, 1948 June married L. A. Brewer in Muskogee. She was a homemaker and member of the Chandler Road Church of Christ.
Survivors include her husband, L. A. Brewer of the home; three children, Teresa (Brewer) Williams, Anthony Lynn Brewer, and James Eric Brewer and wife, Jennifer, all of Muskogee; six grandchildren, Ben Harbison, Kelsey Brewer Green, Samantha, Norway, and Fredrick Brewer all of Muskogee and Sgt. Dan Harbison and wife, Jackie, of Gulfport, MS; three great-grandchildren; brothers, Carl “Cotton” Flinn and wife, Phyllis, of Keefeton, Andy Flinn; one sister, Shirley (Flinn) Orman and husband, Jack, of Muskogee; sisters-in-law, Gladys (Brewer) Crouch of Eufaula, Micky Rains and JoAnn Flinn both of Muskogee; brother-in-law, Ron Crain of Owasso.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Roy Flinn Sr, and Earl Flinn; sisters, Loretta (Flinn) Riddle and Helen (Flinn) Crain.
